Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies when you use Lorvo’s website, application, browser extension and related services. Lorvo is a collaborative content workspace that helps people research, create, review, schedule and publish professional content.

If you use Lorvo through an organisation, its workspace owner may manage your access and workspace content. That organisation may have its own obligations and privacy notices for information it controls.

Information we collect

Account and identity information

• Your name, verified email address, profile photo and authentication details. If you use a social sign-in provider, we receive the basic profile information you approve.
• Workspace membership, role, invitations and account preferences.

Content and workspace information

• Ideas, prompts, sources, drafts, comments, approvals, images, carousels, schedules and other material you submit or create.
• Workspace settings, member activity and publishing history.

Connected services

• Connected LinkedIn account identifiers, profile details, post status and the permissions you explicitly grant for publishing or analytics.
• Information needed to authenticate with optional identity providers. Lorvo does not ask for access to unrelated services such as your email inbox, files or calendar.

Technical and support information

• Browser, device, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, feature usage and diagnostic events.
• Messages and files you provide when requesting support.

Browser extension

The extension reads LinkedIn pages open in your browser and sends captured data only to the Lorvo workspace attached to your revocable token. It does not post, like, comment, connect, follow or message. We do not capture emails, phone numbers, private messages or connection graphs, and extension data is not used to train models.

Public third-party posts and profiles captured by the extension are deleted after 180 days by default. A workspace owner can delete all extension-sourced data immediately from Browser extension settings. Revoking the token stops further collection.

How and why we use information

• Authenticate users and keep accounts and workspaces secure.
• Operate collaboration, research, content generation, scheduling and approvals.
• Publish through an integrated service only when you request it. Permission to publish is requested separately from permission to sign in.
• Provide support, diagnose failures and prevent abuse or unauthorised access.
• Measure and improve Lorvo using optional analytics only after you allow those cookies.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI processing

When you request an AI feature, Lorvo sends the prompt and relevant workspace context to the AI service needed to produce the result. This can include text, URLs, images or source material you selected. AI providers process that information under their service terms and our applicable provider arrangements. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you and your organisation are authorised to have it processed this way.

Where information comes from

We receive information from:

• You, when you create an account, use Lorvo or contact support.
• Your workspace owner or another member who invites you or collaborates with you.
• Identity, publishing and analytics services you choose to connect.
• Your browser or device when Lorvo records security and operational events.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with hosting, database, email, analytics, customer-support and AI service providers; with connected services to complete actions you request; with members of your workspace according to their roles; or where required for legal, security or business-transfer purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Lorvo uses essential first-party cookies for sign-in, security and saved preferences. Optional analytics is disabled until you allow it and helps us understand product usage. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to one year. After signing in, you can change it from Account settings.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is generally retained while the workspace is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for recovery, security, legal compliance or dispute resolution. Retention can vary by data type and workspace arrangement. Public third-party content captured through the browser extension is deleted after 180 days by default and can be deleted earlier by a workspace owner.

Security and international processing

Lorvo uses technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based workspace access and protected connected-account credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. You can update some information in Lorvo and can send other requests to our support email. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Lorvo is a professional service and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Lorvo and applicable requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal information.
