Privacy

Lorvo collects only the information needed to run your workspace, create content and publish when you ask it to.

Information We Handle

  • Your sign-in name, verified email address and profile photo from a provider such as Google or LinkedIn.
  • Workspace content, drafts, research briefs, images, schedules and approval activity.
  • Connected LinkedIn account identifiers and the permissions you explicitly grant.
  • If you connect the browser extension: statistics from your own posts and profile, plus limited public post and profile details from LinkedIn pages you choose to open.
  • Operational logs needed to keep publishing reliable, secure and diagnosable.

Browser Extension

The extension reads LinkedIn pages open in your browser and sends captured data only to the Lorvo workspace attached to your revocable token. It does not post, like, comment, connect, follow or message. We do not capture emails, phone numbers, private messages or connection graphs, and extension data is not used to train models.

Public third-party posts and profiles captured by the extension are deleted after 180 days by default. A workspace owner can delete all extension-sourced data immediately from Browser extension settings. Revoking the token stops further collection.

How We Use It

We use this information to authenticate you, operate shared workspaces, generate requested content, schedule posts, publish through LinkedIn’s official API and show actionable failure information. Permission to publish is requested separately from sign-in.

Sharing & Retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers only when needed to operate Lorvo. Google receives only the requests needed to authenticate you; Lorvo does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other Google services. Data is shared with LinkedIn only to perform actions you request. Workspace data is retained while the workspace is active; you can contact support to request access or deletion.

Security

Lorvo limits workspace access by role and protects connected account credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so report suspected misuse to support promptly.
